Made to order

Every mat is printed when you order it, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Then it’s packed and handed to the courier.

Delivery times

  • United Kingdom: 2 to 3 working days.
  • United States: 2 to 5 working days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories can take 7 to 12 working days longer.
  • Europe: 5 to 15 working days.
  • Australia: 3 to 10 working days.
  • Canada: 5 to 15 working days.
  • Mexico and the rest of the world: 10 to 30 working days.

Delivery times start once your mat has been printed. They are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods and customs checks can add a few days.

Costs and tracking

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Each extra mat in the same order costs less to ship than the first. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your mat is on its way.

Customs and import charges

Our mats are printed by our production partner, which may ship from outside your country. Prices include any taxes we’re required to charge. If a courier asks you to pay an import charge on delivery, contact us at hello@hexandhorde.com before paying.

Wrong address or a lost parcel

Please check your address at checkout, because we can’t change it once printing has started. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 10 working days, or your parcel says delivered but hasn’t arrived, email us and we’ll sort it out.
