Who we are

This shop is run by Hex & Horde, Electric Cottage, Inveraray, PA32 8XJ. You can reach us at hello@hexandhorde.com.

Your order

When you place an order, we’ll email to confirm we’ve received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order is being made. We may decline an order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price, and we’ll refund you in full if we do.

Prices and currency

Our prices are set in US dollars. If you shop in pounds, prices are converted at the daily exchange rate, and you pay the amount shown at checkout in the currency shown there.

Payment

We take payment by card and other methods shown at checkout through Stripe. If you choose Klarna, Klarna’s own terms also apply to your payment plan. We never see or store your full card details.

Making and delivering your mat

Every mat is printed to order by our production partner. Delivery times are on our shipping page. Colours can look slightly different in print than on screen.

Cancelling and returns

Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund are on our returns page.

Artwork

All artwork belongs to Hex & Horde. Buying a mat doesn’t give you the right to copy or reproduce the artwork. Our game-layout mats are independent fan-inspired designs and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of the games they’re designed for.

Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don’t exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our mats are for personal use, and we aren’t responsible for business losses.

The law

These terms are governed by Scots law. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
