Who we are
Hex & Horde (Electric Cottage, Inveraray, PA32 8XJ) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@hexandhorde.com.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and billing and delivery addresses when you place an order.
- What you ordered and your order history.
- Your account login, if you create an account.
- Anything you send us by email.
- Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, which we use to keep the site secure and to show prices in your currency.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and support your order (performing our contract with you).
- To keep records we’re required to keep by law, such as for tax.
- To keep the shop secure and working, and to remember your bag and currency choice (our legitimate interests).
We don’t sell your data, and we only send marketing emails if you’ve agreed to them.
Who we share it with
- Printify and its print partners, who make and ship your mat.
- Couriers, who deliver it.
- Stripe and, if you choose it, Klarna, who process your payment.
- Hostinger, who host this website.
Some of these companies are in the United States. Where your data leaves the UK, it’s protected by the safeguards UK law requires.
Cookies
We use cookies that the shop needs to work: to keep items in your bag, keep you logged in, and remember your currency. We work out your country from your IP address the first time you visit, to show prices in the right currency. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years for tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email hello@hexandhorde.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
